The first component can have a length between 4 and 15 meters

the longer the washing path, the more efficient it will be, thus avoiding stopping inside the track, necessary for the complete cleaning of the wheels (stopping in the wheel washing system implies, in cases with high washing frequencies
,the creation of columns of vehicles inside the construction site itself and annoying maneuvers for advancing or retreating in the wheel washing system). The second component (the clarification system) is equally important.
The water purification process, as can be guessed, is the most dependent on the factors listed at the beginning: an undersized system could lead to washing the vehicles with insufficiently purified water.

The choice of the correct wheel washing system depends on the following factors:

the number of vehicles to be washed daily at scheduled hourly frequencies;
the amount of dirt on the wheels (depending on the type and layout of the construction site);
the type of sediment to be removed from the wheels clay, silt, sand, crushed stone;the position of the wheel washing system on the construction site (the spaces available for maneuvering and accessing and exiting the washing lane or for positioning the clarification and water storage tanks). THE WHEEL WASHING SYSTEM consists of two main parts:

WASHING PATH (with or without ramps, depending on the type of installation provided);

THE WASTEWATER PURIFICATION AND STORAGE SYSTEM.

A system that can withstand maximum washing frequencies, which vary between approximately 100 and 150 vehicles per day, depending on the quantity and quality of sediment removed from the wheels (with reference to the water purification system), otherwise you will risk washing the vehicles with inadequate water.
